Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
